SalesFlow reserves the right to delay, pause, or suspend work where an agreed payment is overdue.

19.4 Service Delivery

SalesFlow will make reasonable efforts to provide services according to the scope and timelines agreed with the client.

Project timelines may depend on the client providing required content, information, access credentials, approvals, branding materials, images, feedback, or other resources.

Delays caused by clients, third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment processors, software providers, or circumstances outside SalesFlow's reasonable control may affect delivery timelines.

19.7 Advertising and Marketing Results

Where SalesFlow provides marketing, advertising, lead generation, CRM, automation, or client acquisition services, SalesFlow does not guarantee a specific number of leads, customers, sales, revenue, return on advertising spend, or other commercial result unless a specific written guarantee has been expressly provided.

Marketing results may depend on factors outside SalesFlow's control, including competition, market conditions, client follow-up, pricing, advertising budgets, sales processes, customer demand, and advertising platform decisions.

19.8 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SalesFlow retains ownership of its pre-existing systems, frameworks, templates, processes, methodologies, automation structures, and proprietary materials.

Upon full payment of applicable project fees, the client may receive the agreed rights to completed deliverables created specifically for the client, subject to third-party licences and platform restrictions.

19.12 Changes to These Terms

SalesFlow may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will become effective once published on our website unless otherwise required by law.

20. Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, deposits, project fees, and recurring service fees are handled by SalesFlow.

20.1 Website Development Services

Website development services involve the allocation of time, planning, design, development, software, and other project-related resources.

Once SalesFlow has commenced work on a website project, payments relating to work already performed or resources already allocated may be non-refundable.

If a client wishes to cancel a website project before work has commenced, the client should contact SalesFlow as soon as possible.

Any refund request will be assessed based on the stage of the project, work already completed, costs already incurred, and the terms agreed with the client.

20.2 Deposits

Where a deposit is required to secure a project or begin work, the deposit may become non-refundable once SalesFlow has commenced planning, design, development, implementation, strategy, or other project-related work.

20.3 Completed Work

Fees paid for services that have already been completed, delivered, or substantially performed are generally non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

20.4 CRM & Marketing Services

CRM, marketing, advertising, automation, and client acquisition services may be provided on a recurring monthly basis.

Fees already paid for a current service period are generally non-refundable once that service period has begun and work has commenced.

Clients wishing to cancel an ongoing service should provide notice according to the terms of their service agreement, proposal, quotation, or other written agreement with SalesFlow.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, cancellation will prevent future recurring charges after any applicable notice period has been completed.

20.5 Advertising Spend and Third-Party Fees

Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or other advertising providers is separate from SalesFlow's service fees unless otherwise stated.

SalesFlow cannot refund advertising spend, software subscriptions, domain fees, hosting fees, payment processing charges, platform fees, or other third-party costs that have already been incurred or paid.

20.6 Custom Projects

Advanced or customised projects may have specific payment milestones, deposits, cancellation conditions, or refund terms.

Where project-specific terms have been agreed in a quotation, proposal, invoice, or service agreement, those terms will apply in addition to this general policy.

20.7 Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact SalesFlow and provide your name, business name, payment reference, service purchased, and reason for the request.

Refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the transaction, work already completed, costs incurred, the applicable service agreement, and any rights available under applicable law.

20.8 Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be returned using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Processing times may depend on Paystack, the customer's bank, card issuer, or other payment provider and may therefore be outside SalesFlow's direct control.

20.9 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact SalesFlow first if they have a concern about a payment, invoice, charge, or service.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate legitimate billing concerns and resolve disputes directly where possible.
